Mixing Operative - Food Production\n\nLocation: Bolton Shifts Available (Fixed): - 06:00 - 14:00 - 14:00 - 22:00 - 22:00 - 06:00\n\nPay Rate: - £13.24 per hour for the first 2 weeks - £13.74 per hour after full training\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are recruiting reliable and hardworking Mixing Operatives to join a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.\n\nYou will be responsible for preparing, weighing, and mixing ingredients to exact specifications, ensuring products meet strict quality and hygiene standards.\n\nThis is a key role within production, supporting the smooth and efficient running of the mixing department.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n- Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients according to batch sheets and recipes\n\n- Operate industrial mixing equipment safely and efficiently\n\n- Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and consistency throughout the process\n\n- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards\n\n- Maintain high levels of hygiene and follow all food safety procedures\n\n- Clean and sanitise equipment to prevent cross‑contamination\n\n- Record batch information accurately and report any issues promptly\n\n- Work closely with production, quality, and hygiene teams to maintain workflow\n\nAbout You\n\n- Experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment (preferred)\n\n- Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and safety procedures\n\n- Strong attention to detail and accuracy\n\n- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment\n\n- Reliable, punctual, and able to work fixed shifts\n\n- Good communication and teamwork skills\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n- Fixed shift patterns to suit your lifestyle\n\n- Pay increase after successful training\n\n- Long‑term opportunities within a growing production team\n\n- Supportive working environment with full training provided\n\nPlease forward your CV in confidence to: (url removed)
